You can load funds no problem. After that, nothing works. You can’t create cards, can’t buy SIMs, top-ups fail — everything just errors out. They frame it as a temporary outage or “high volume” so people keep adding more money while they sit on it. Support does nothing except offer more excuses. This setup is designed to keep the scam running as long as possible. Don’t put a single dollar in. If you already did, good luck getting it back.
